For men in California

More drive, more strength, more left
in the tank.

For $99, you meet a licensed clinician on video, get your testosterone tested at a lab near you, and go over the results together. If your levels are low and treatment makes sense, your clinician can prescribe it.

If something's been off, read this first

Sex drive dropped off.

Tired all the time.

Brain fog or a shorter fuse.

Told you're "within range."

These can have other causes too. That's why a clinician checks.

Sleep, stress, weight and medicines can cause the same things. A clinician looks at your symptoms and your blood work together.

A symptom isn't a diagnosis. Neither is one test.

Low testosterone gets diagnosed when two things line up.

First, your symptoms fit.

Second, your clinician confirms consistently low testosterone with blood tests on two separate mornings, ideally fasted.

Both. Not one or the other.

Your clinician reviews your symptoms, test results and medical history together. A prescription is not automatic, and further testing or evaluation may be needed.

Here's exactly what happens after you click

Step 1. When requests open, use the form below to request your visit.

Step 2. You meet your clinician on video. You talk about what's been going on: sex drive, energy, mood, an old lab result, whatever brought you in.

Step 3. You go to a local lab collection site and get your blood drawn in person.

Step 4. You get back on video. You and your clinician go over your results together.

Step 5. Your clinician makes the call. If treatment makes sense, you get a prescription and your medication ships to you. If it doesn't, you don't.

Wait. $99 gets me a visit AND a lab test?

Yes. Here's what's in it:

A video visit with a licensed clinician

Your evaluation labs, drawn in person at a local lab

A video call to go over your results

That's the whole $99. One time, not refundable.

In other words, you pay once to find out where your numbers are.

And three things you won't get:

No monthly charge unless your clinician approves treatment.

No prescription unless your symptoms and your blood work line up.

No treatment without someone checking your numbers on a schedule.

Who you'll actually be talking to

Here's who's behind it, so you can check.

Nicholas Perez, FNP-C

Your clinician: Nicholas Perez, FNP-C, California license NP9503216

Your lab: Local lab collection sites across California

Your pharmacy: A compounding pharmacy that ships to you

Questions between visits: Call 909-577-1124

If you're prescribed, here's what it really looks like

The main option is testosterone cypionate, a shot you give yourself at home.

The goal is to bring your levels back into a normal range.

Some men notice changes in sex drive, mood, focus, strength or energy. Some don't. A few of those, like energy, are not well proven.

So nobody can promise you a result or a timeline. We won't either.

Your clinician tracks your numbers and can change your dose or stop treatment if it isn't helping or causes problems.

Four things to know before your first shot

Fertility. TRT can reduce sperm production and affect your ability to father a child. Tell your clinician about your family plans before starting.

Blood work. Testosterone can raise your red blood cell count and your blood pressure. Monitoring includes blood tests and blood-pressure checks. You'll send in recent, accurate blood-pressure readings, ideally measured during a video visit.

Long term. Many men stay on TRT for years. If you want to stop, plan it with your clinician instead of quitting on your own.

Steroids. TRT is a prescribed dose for men whose levels are medically low, checked with blood work. Taking steroids without a prescription, or at high doses to bulk up, is a different thing. We don't offer that. If you've used them before, your clinician will need to assess that first.

This isn't for everybody

For you if

You're 21 to 65, live in California, and have symptoms or an old lab result you want looked at.

You're fine paying for your own care.

You'll show up for blood work and check-ins, and you're okay giving yourself a shot at home if treatment is prescribed.

You're already on TRT elsewhere and want to switch. We'll need your testing and medical records.

Not for you if

You live outside California.

You want testosterone without labs or a clinician.

You want it to bulk up, or to push a normal level higher.

You're outside our current age range of 21 to 65.

And if you're approved, here's the monthly part

$179 a month, only if approved.

Your medication

Blood work on your clinician's schedule

Follow-up visits

Shipping included.

Starts after your clinician approves treatment, then bills on the same date each month. If you're not approved, there's no monthly charge.

Self-pay. You pay us directly. We don't bill your insurance.

Commitment and canceling:

If you choose to stop, there's a 3 month commitment. If we stop your treatment, you don't keep paying.

If you start treatment, follow-up visits and blood work continue. Your clinician sets the schedule for your individual plan, reviews your symptoms, labs and response, and adjusts treatment when needed.

Questions guys ask before they book

Is this only for California?

Yes. Right now we only see patients who live in California.

Do I have to go anywhere in person?

Only for your blood draw at a local lab collection site. Everything else is online: your visits with your clinician are on video, and your medication ships to you.

What does self-pay mean?

You pay us directly. We don't bill insurance.

Can I cancel?

If you choose to stop treatment, there's a 3 month commitment. If we stop your treatment, you don't keep paying.

My doctor said I'm "within range." Can I still get checked?

Yes. You can book a visit. You'll only get a prescription if your symptoms and your blood work both meet the criteria.

I already have recent blood work. Can I use it?

Usually, if it's no more than 90 days old. You'll still need a total testosterone test from a second, separate morning, ideally fasted. Your clinician will tell you what else is needed.

Am I on this for life?

Not necessarily. Many men stay on it long term. If you want to stop, your clinician helps you plan it.

Can TRT affect my ability to have children?

TRT can reduce sperm production and affect your ability to father a child. Tell your clinician about your family plans before starting.

How often is blood work?

Once you're on treatment, your clinician sets your blood work schedule for your individual plan and reviews your results with you at follow-up visits.

How do I get my medication?

If your clinician prescribes it, it's shipped to you from a compounding pharmacy we work with.

How do I reach someone between visits?

Call 909-577-1124. Hours vary.
